The very aggressive CR1 diamond segment is designed to remove coatings 20 mils or more in thickness and also for use in stock removal applications. Due to the diamond particle size, a heavy profile will remain.

16 grit VCH-CR2 Burgundy #15218.D
A diamond segment designed to remove coatings from 10-20 mils in thickness. Also ideal for use after scarifying or shot blasting to level the marks and prepare the floor for further applications. Leaves a typical acid etched profile.

40 grit VCH-101 Navy #15216.D
Used for the removal of thin coatings, typically 10 mils or less. They leave behind a profile that is ideal for the application of new thin mil coatings.

80 grit VCH-102 Yellow #15223.D
Used on new concrete polishing and when VCH-101 is too aggressive. Ideal for preparation for acid staining.

150 grit VCH-103 Red #15219.D
Excellent for dry grinding removal of the scratches left by the VCH-101when used in polishing applications. It leaves the surface smooth with very few scratches. An important grit in the dry polishing process and reduces the need for resin bond diamonds.

	40 Grit Metal Bond Diamond This 40g diamond is aggressive enough to remove coatings up to 10 mil, yet leaves a profile that is ideal for the application of new thin mil coatings or as a first step in concrete polishing. Can be used as the first step in polishing concrete.
	80 Grit Metal Bond Diamond Used as a first step on new, hard troweled or flat concrete, the 80g leaves a surface that is ideal in preparation for acid staining or to open up the concrete for maximum penetration of densifiers.
	150 Grit Metal Bond Diamond This 150g diamond is essential before starting the resin steps in concrete polishing. Provides a smooth and uniform surface with very little scratch pattern.
