Quota Tech 4200 CNC Machining Center

A modern 3 or 4 axis CNC machine, with the option ‘T’ axis and the Tool changing unit with 28 positions.

• CAD-CAM software on Windows® base with graphic symbols for easy operations without the knowledge of the ISO standard machine language. Quota Tech will accept .dwg and .dxf files from any other CAD program as well as data from sink suppliers, digitizing.

• Pressure equalization system: automatic adjusting of the radial and vertical pressure of the spindle by monitoring the motor absorption. Real and constant control of tool consumption and high polishing standard both on the top and on the edge of any material. It runs automatically the processing on inclined surfaces.
