Diamond Back Splash Machine

The highly productive Diamond Back Splash (DBS) Machine from VIC International is the only true gauging back splash machine on the market. It uses one 3 hp motor for grinding and seven 2 hp motors for polishing to assure maximum footage output. The DBS comes with two conveyor tables, both 10 feet in length, which helps dramatically reduce the possibility of breakage. It is highly productive with feed rates from 6 inches to 36 inches per minute and can polish edges on 1cm to 4cm thick stone.

With material from 3 inches to 26 inches wide, the DBS grinds using a 5/8-11” threaded diamond cup wheel and then polishes using diamond pads with Velcro™ backing. The last position can lock into place to create a beveled edge.  Pressure indicators show actual applied pressure and gauges assure that each back splash is the exact height as the other pieces on the job.
